The room had everything we needed — a coffee machine, fridge, towels, and more. It felt very reasonably priced for what was included. If I could change one thing, it would be the pillows; they could have been more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the taller, slimmer gentleman — what an excellent host. He helped us with everything and even checked in multiple times to see if we wanted coffee. The location was also quite central, especially for us since we were attending the Tottenham semi-final. The outdoor patio was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing in the sun while listening to birds chirping all around. We’d be happy to return!

We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing experience. The house was super clean, quiet and comfortable, with a spacious room in a beautiful neighbourhood. Yog, the host, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Thank you to everyone at Hackney Suites!

We booked a double room and a single room for a concert. When we arrived, we had the code for the lockbox for the double room but not the single room. We tried ringing but no answer, so resorted to messaging, eventually we heard back and was given the code. I feel it would be helpful to know ahead of time where your rooms are located, as we just kept walking to each floor until we found them. Both rooms were nice, fridge in the bigger room with complimentary water which was very much appreciated. The rooms were incredibly warm, so we had to have the fan on alot. Unfortunately we couldnt get the tv in the bigger room to work but it wasn't really an issue as only needed the room as a place to sleep. Unfortunately, all three of us found the mattresses very uncomfortable and rock hard, which made sleep difficult. In the morning we met Yog, who was very friendly, when I mentioned the mattresses he said they had been changed a week ago and would soften with use, however, with how hard the mattresses were I am not sure that will be the case. The garden area was lovely to relax in when we got up in the morning. Overall, they were nice rooms, Yog was friendly, and the location was ideal for where we needed to go. Unfortunately for me, the bed let it down. I would consider staying here again, however, would want some reassurance that the mattresses weren't as hard as the floor.
